Excuse me sir, but i'll trade you my Jargon for your Malarkey.

today i left my camera at home so you won't see anything that actually happened today; more of me just blabbing about it. so... yeah, i woke up then photoshopped a few photos that shot of the FedEx corporate offices from when i went to Memphis about a week ago. here's one so you get the idea:

oh, and if your wondering how the hell i got to do this, my Mamaw (grandmother on my mother's side) decorated these, and gettin' dat loot from all those corporate heads! she has also decorated a few upstairs rooms of Graceland (Elvis' house...DAMN!) not to mention that my Papaw (don't you just love what you call your grandparents?) built the white sofa in the living room of Graceland. and supposedly i'm gonna give them (FedEx corp-heads) a portfolio of my work (photographs) so that i can take part in an internship next summer. i hope to God that i get to do this, because that shit is payed.

after i was done with all of that malarkey, i went and cruised the Franklin Park. at first no one was there and it was a pretty dull session, but eventually some franklin heads showed up, so it ended up being pretty fun. then i just stuck around franklin and lurked for a while, and speaking of franklin heads... this kid needs to skate, and this time i am not talking about Myquel Haddox (though he needs to as well), but more the likes of Jake Biggers (shown below). this kid needs to put down the bong (no matter how good it is) and come skate, and quit hangin' around every other spoiled franklin weed smoker. they're all losers. and every time he opens his mouth about weed i want to smack him in the face. don't get me wrong i love smokin' as much as the next guy, but when you make it a priority it ruins everything else you got going for you in your life.

and also, while i was where i do my best reading, i was thumbing through the East Coast Issue of the Skateboard Mag (issue 13) and read the Clyde Singleton interview. it got me psyched on Clyde, so i immediately got online and watched a few of his old video parts (check his Trilogy part... epic, as goes for everyone else in that vid). then i stumpled across this little gem:



sorry if i'm preaching to choir, but i had never seen this promo before. i used to own Ryde Or Dye vol. 1, until Zak Pendergrast stole it...fucker. anyway, i never even knew Aesthetics got to the point to put out a teaser for a second video.

oh well, its not like i didn't get to see all of this footage in Josh Stewart's Static II or Zoo York promos.

i just thought it was somewhat interesting.
